The searching capabilities in TradeStation are far surpassed by products like MetaStock and TC2000. However, the historical testing and trade execution are far better in TradeStation. Lately I have been working with Genesis Navigator, but I am not advanced enough in its use to tell you anything about its scanning and sorting capabilities.
Another program that can handle all you are asking for is called First Alert, by Emerging Market Technologies. They scan powerfully and create systems and execution.
Otherwise, your best bet for now is to scan with TC2000 or Genesis Navigator, or MetaStock and do your executions and secondary screens done separately.
